# Codex MCP Setup

Connect Yavy to OpenAI Codex for documentation-grounded coding assistance. Add your MCP server URL and Codex will have access to your indexed documentation.

## Configuration

### Codex CLI

Add the Yavy MCP server to your Codex configuration:

```toml
[mcp_servers.yavy]
url = "https://yavy.dev/mcp/your-org/your-project"
```

#### Setup Steps

1. Open the Codex configuration file:
   
   `~/.codex/config.toml`
2. Copy the configuration above and paste it into your `config.toml` file
3. Restart Codex CLI for changes to take effect
